Terra Stratton is a seasoned commercial real estate developer with a notable body of work across Albany. With years of experience acquiring, revitalizing, and repositioning undervalued properties, she has successfully transformed multiple historic and commercial assets into thriving business spaces. As the co-founder of Sheridan Hollow Collective, she brings deep real estate expertise, a keen eye for opportunity, and a commitment to fostering economic growth through strategic development.
Terra's leadership in real estate redevelopment is now being applied to the cannabis sector, where she aims to create a premier hub for cannabis professionals seeking autonomy and collaboration under one roof.
Saladin Amir
Legacy Cannabis Grower | Policy Advocate | Master Electrician
Saladin Amir is an urban farmer and legacy cannabis cultivator with decades of hands-on experience in the industry. His deep knowledge of cannabis genetics, cultivation techniques, and compliance with New York’s MRTA legislation makes him a pivotal figure in shaping equitable cannabis policy.
Beyond cultivation, Saladin is a skilled residential and commercial electrician, currently working for the Office of General Services at the Empire State Plaza. His technical expertise ensures that The Collective's infrastructure meets the highest standards for efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
Saladin’s journey from legacy grower to industry leader is driven by a mission to create equitable access for small and minority-owned cannabis businesses. His work with the City of Albany's Cannabis Advisory Committee further cements his commitment to shaping an inclusive and thriving cannabis economy.
